I stayed strong for over 5 years while I was away, thousands of miles away from each other on the other side of the world. I promised I’d come back to you. I kept my promise, I came back. We saw each other for the first time in so many years. It felt like nothing has changed. It felt right holding and kissing you. I thought we were able to relight the fire.
